These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and b2slot ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting platform accessible at https://b2slot.cam. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all products, services, features, and content available through the b2slot platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, and all associated promotional activities.

By completing the account registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on b2slot, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not use the b2slot platform and must close any account you have opened.

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to the b2slot platform is restricted. To open an account and place wagers, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or placing wagers on b2slot under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access online betting services from your current location.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, consultant, contractor, or close family member of b2slot or any of its affiliated entities, unless specific written permission has been granted by b2slot management.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on b2slot or any other platform with which b2slot shares exclusion data.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All wagers and deposits must be made with your own funds for your own account.

To access b2slot's real-money products, you must complete the registration process. By registering, you represent and warrant the following:

• All personal information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number — is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will update your account information promptly if any details change.
• You will create only one account on the b2slot platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — including through different devices, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You will keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and will not share them with any third party.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify b2slot of any unauthorised access.

b2slot reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons. Approved registrations may be subsequently reviewed if eligibility concerns arise.

b2slot is committed to maintaining a secure, fraud-free platform and to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. As part of this commitment, all members are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. b2slot also reserves the right to request verification documents at any time during the account lifecycle.

Acceptable identity documents include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP)
• Valid Indonesian or international passport
• Indonesian Driver's Licence (SIM) — accepted as a supplementary document only

In addition to identity documents, b2slot may request the following as part of an enhanced verification review:

• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement showing the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name)

All deposits to your b2slot account must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through one of the officially supported payment channels. Deposits made through unsupported or unauthorised channels will not be credited and may be subject to a returns process that can take up to 14 business days.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and vary by payment channel.
• b2slot does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer charges for which b2slot accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your b2slot account within a few minutes. During periods of high network congestion or scheduled bank maintenance, processing may take longer. b2slot is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
• b2slot reserves the right to request proof of deposit (e.g., bank transfer receipt or screenshot) before crediting funds if a discrepancy is identified.

Members may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, in accordance with standard AML return-to-source requirements.

• KYC identity verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are only paid to accounts registered in the member's own name. Payments to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account and may vary by payment channel.
• b2slot aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the channel and time of request. Requests submitted between 08:00–24:00 WIB on banking business days are typically processed faster.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending additional verification if b2slot's risk management systems flag the account for review. You will be notified if this occurs.
• b2slot does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, processing charges imposed by your receiving bank or e-wallet are beyond b2slot's control.
• Any balance that consists entirely or partly of unconverted bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.

b2slot offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions in this clause and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all b2slot promotions:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated on each promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Certain game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., sports bets may contribute at 100% while certain slots contribute at a lower percentage). Contribution rates are published per promotion.
• b2slot reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while members have active qualifying balances, b2slot will honour the bonus under the terms in place at the time of the qualifying deposit.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across accounts, systematic exploitation of low-margin markets to clear wagering requirements, or coordinated group wagering strategies — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

All wagers placed on b2slot are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category. General rules applicable across all product types are set out below.

• Once a wager has been confirmed (as indicated by a bet receipt or transaction confirmation), it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member, except where b2slot expressly offers a cash-out or edit-bet feature for that specific market.
• b2slot reserves the right to void any wager that was placed based on manifest pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or odds that do not reflect genuine market conditions. Members will be notified of any voided wagers and all stakes will be refunded.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed in the member's account and the official result source (e.g., the official league table, independent game audit log), the official source prevails.
• For sports betting markets covering BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia Piala AFF fixtures, and other Indonesian and international competitions, settlement is based on the official result at the end of regulation time unless the market explicitly states otherwise (e.g., "including extra time").
• For togel (traditional numbers lottery) draws, results are determined by the official draw outcome published by the relevant draw operator. b2slot does not control draw outcomes.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, the voiding of any one selection will reduce the accumulator leg count by one. The remaining selections continue to stand.
• For live casino games powered by third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Microgaming, and others), the game studio's own rules and technical decisions are final in the event of any dispute.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per product category are displayed in the relevant product section and are subject to change at b2slot's discretion.

b2slot is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. If it ceases to be enjoyable or begins to interfere with your finances, relationships, or daily responsibilities, we strongly encourage you to use the self-management tools available on the platform or to seek support.

• Members may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits at any time via their account settings. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases carry a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Members may request a temporary time-out (cooling-off period) of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, during which their account will be suspended and all marketing communications halted.
• Members may request permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting b2slot support. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• b2slot enforces a strict 21+ age restriction and uses KYC procedures to prevent underage access.
• Players who appear to be displaying signs of problem gambling behaviour may be contacted by b2slot's responsible gaming team and offered assistance.

All content on the b2slot platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of b2slot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit any part of the b2slot platform without prior written consent from b2slot.
• You may not use any automated tool, bot, script, or spider to access, index, or extract data from the b2slot platform.
• The b2slot brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b2slot's total aggregate liability to any member arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b2slot shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access, including during scheduled maintenance windows or unplanned outages caused by infrastructure, network, or third-party service failures.
• Any losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from your sharing of login information with third parties.
• Any losses resulting from reliance on information, odds, statistics, or data displayed on the platform that contains errors or is subject to subsequent correction.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, bank systems, or government-imposed restrictions.

b2slot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including the one-account policy, age restriction, or KYC requirements.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transaction patterns that trigger b2slot's AML controls.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the member against b2slot.
• Bonus abuse, match-fixing participation, or any form of collusion with other members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at b2slot staff or other members.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or lawful instruction from a competent authority requiring b2slot to restrict the account.

Upon termination for cause, b2slot will conduct a full account review before releasing any remaining real-money balance. Any balance derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or matched betting strategies may be withheld pending investigation. Members wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support, and their verified real-money balance will be returned to the originating payment method following the standard withdrawal process.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b2slot holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits b2slot's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

b2slot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, b2slot will notify members via a prominent notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. The revised Terms & Conditions will display the updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the b2slot platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with the standard withdrawal process.
